The restaurant boasts the finest Indian food, outstanding service; slow music and a distinguished and innovative collection of recipes crafted by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. We decided to have vegan food and try their signature starters and main course. The food was of highest quality with vivid flavors and best presentation. We started with Karara Subz Roll ( the well presented spring rolls) which really pampered our taste buds and an average mixed vegetables with sun dried tomatoes pizza with some mocktails. Also Stir Fried Asian Greens was a not to miss dish for health conscious and nutrition lovers.
To relish more we ordered their signature main course delicacies. The spinach kofta filled with cottage cheese with our all time favorite butter gravy was something we dont get to see at other places with the perfect blend of spices, cream and the sweet flavor. Alongwith we ordered their special veg biryani in the name of Nizami Tarkari Biryani that contained the flavours of all vegetables perfectly cooked but still crisp. The aroma was just perfect and as required.
It added a little more pleasure with the papaya salad with very sweet and very spicy flavour which almost every Delhite will cherish upon.
Yes the table service was excellent & prompt and staff was very friendly. We recommend you to experience this luxury fine dining and try their delicacies including their well presented platters and the non veg recipes.
