Always ravenous for food from Ardor 2.1, this time its incredibly healthy Vedic Thali

In the times when Corona is out breaking Immunity and positivism is the need of the hour. As always with their plethora of ideas Ardor 2.1 came up with Vedic thali that is not only immunity booster but also leaves its customers with buoyant mood. This restaurant in CP prepared itself for the life of diners after lockdown with a range of radical measures that not only keeps them safe but also involves drastic changes to the way Delhites eat out. The measures like reducing close contact with diners, the waiters are using face shields and gloves, constantly sanitizing the objects touched by customers such as door handles etc, are strictly followed.

Making use of ingredients such as Shankhapushpi, Bharangi, Haldi, Amla, Tulsi, Echinacea, Mulethi etc in the Vedic Thali makes it a one stop for all your immunity needs. Not only using these Ancient India’s ingredients liberally, the dishes are made in earthen pots that increases the flavor and nutrition value of the dishes.

We start our meal with Immunity booster kaarha – that is made with ingredients like ginger, cinnamon etc. In the thali we have dishes like Anjeer ke Kofte, Aloo Karela Ki Pitika, Laal Saag, Bagian, Kumaoni Raita, Garhwal Daal, Paneer Kundan Kaliyan, Aloo Gutak, Kafuli and many more. Cant complete your meals without the cutneys which are made of kachi haldi ( principal part of Ancient India) and kacha aam. The best part is the dessert that is Chyawanprash Ice Cream, they actually infused Chyawanprash in it again boosting your immunity. Ardor has proved that these concoctions serve as a prototype for the dishes served. This thali is for Rs 499 plus taxes and is sufficient for 2 people.

However, despite of this mouth-watering array of delicacies now we know, when it comes to food, we still have a lot to learn from Ancient India.
