The Chef himself cooks for you live, to keep you entertained and ensure your safety. You may share with the chef what you have in mind, or consider taking his opinion. They prioritize Safety as much as the quality of your experience, so they have limited the bookings to a handful in a 2.5 acre restaurant. To ensure your comfort and enrich your experience , they have set up live cooking stations, frequent sanitation and a limited but powerful menu.
