Running for more then 20 years, Suruchi is a very beautiful and cozy restaurant with the warmth of gracious hospitality to feed your soul. The ambiance is properly lit and seats are very comfortable to make your mood.
Talking about the menu the main attractions here are their authentic thalis – The Punjabi Thali, Rajasthani Thali, Gujrati Thali. If you are not too hungry you can try their Pav Bhaji and Vada pav which are again special in themselves.
The Authentic Rajasthani Thali
When it comes to good Indian food with state specific authenticity and good spices and tastes. This Rajasthani thali has got you completely covered and fulfills all the sweet and sour craving which you can munch on with endless amount of food and items in it. First thing while looking at the Thali makes us come to a conclusion of how perfectly each thing is kept and presented.
The different cuisines kept were Daal Bhaati Choorma, Kadi, Dal, Gatte, Alloo Tamatar, Ker sangri, Palak Paneer, Dhokla, Puran Pori, Papad, Roti, Poori, Biscuit Bhakri, Bajre ki roti with ghee and shakar, Matar pulao, Custard, Gulab jamun. Each thing was lined and kept perfectly. Everything will satisfy your taste buds perfectly and you will not find anything which is not good or satisfy your craving.
The Punjabi Thali
This gorgeous Thali full of vivid colors is the reason every Punjabi takes pride in his food. Start your food journey with spongy dhokhla and aloo roll. This Thali consists of tempting aloo matar with thick gravy, matar paneer, chole, daal makhani(served with a dollop of melting cream or butter on top) and veg raita served with pefect Tawa parantha complemented with matar pulao. Gulab Jamun and Fruit custard are best for your sweet tooth. Again all the delicacies were perfect and since it is hard to improve perfection we didnt find any reason to complain.
The Cultural Gujrati Thali
Gujrati food is known for its sweet flavour in the main curries. So is this thali contains(moving anticlockwise) Dhokhla with Aloo roll, Sweet Gujrati kadi, Gujrati Daal, Aloo tamater rasse waale, Moth masala, Green Chauli & Dhokli, Parwal served with bajre ki roti with lots of ghee and lots of shakar. You may get tired reading the number of items but we bet you wont get tired eating these authentic delicacies.
A person who is out and wants to have that soulful Maa ke hath ka khana, then he/she must for sure opt for these thaalis and eat your hearts out to it. More perfect thalis doesn’t exists compared to it, so do try it on your own.
You also definitely need mocktails to complete your food and this restaurant serves the best mocktails in city. We tried Pomegranate squash perfectly styled to attract you, Kiwi Coolers to satiate your taste buds. The styling of these mocktails is main attraction to them.
