Dive into 68 types of dumplings only at Pa Pa Ya, Select City Walk

Fusion cuisine is de rigueur wordwide now, so is the booming scene of Delhi NCR. Under Mr Zorawar Kalra brainchild, Pa Pa Ya in Select City Walk is successfully implementing the headlining PAN Asian fusions in the most beautiful form.
Curating the pan-Asian option might have been tad heavy, but the menu is successfully ripe for cross-border plundering – be it their largest DimSum menu to prawn tempura or best styled Baos. Sashimi and Tapas might open your account, while other dishes such as seared Peking Duck or a Fried Sliced Lamp represent a line-up rich in eccentricities.
The ambiance is extremely luxurious with one of the highest ceiling in Delhi NCR. The elevated bar at the center and the wine set up are the main attractions.

We were welcomed with Basil Compressed/Infused Watermelon from where our scrumptious food journey started.
We tried their following dishes:
Chicken Puff & Assorted Veg Puff – Puffs were baked and we loved their filling.
Jiaozi Pork BBQ & Jiaozi Roasted Aubergine – Specially eaten during Chinese New Year jiaozi have thicker dough wrapper and loved our fillings for our Jiaozis served.
XIA BAO Prawns & Chives and XIA BAO Assorted Vegetables –  We loved the taste of these soup dumplings.
Open Bao Peanut Crusted Fish – Elegantly served and flavorful.
Glutinous Rice Chicken Leg – Glutinous rice is more fragrant then other normal rice and its recreation with chicken made it so delectable.
Crystal Asparagus and Corn – The taste was as good as their beautiful translucent looks.
Wonton Shao Mai Assorted Vegetable – Open faced dumplings filled with assorted vegetable is very presentable and tasty.
Truffle & Mushroom Bao – This exquisite beautiful looking delicacy helped us satiate our craving for dumplings.

For the desserts we had their very special Mochi Icecream and Chocolate Ball on Fire. Both are a must try.

The food at Pa Pa Ya is refined and delicious yet still deeply rooted to traditional Chinese flavors and plated beautifully. The staff is friendly and knows the menu well.
