It is a buratta cheese dumpling stuffed with mango relish served with a chaat. These interesting kebabs are something we dont easily get anywhere else. Good filling for your tummy the salad is bursting with flavor contrasts.
Lamb Boti
This Mutton Boti masala is a popular dish for dinner parties. Tossed with brown and tomato gravy the lamb pieces are very succulent making this dish good enough to have with our cocktails.
Tuna
This Andaman Tuna salad is made with very simple ingredients which is ridiculously easy and healthy. It is tossed with mayonnaise, onions and tomatoes which is very light and refreshing.
